- 5% Discount allowed for 3+ week bookings
- Bookings of less than one week please add £35 / $65
- Non-refundable Booking Deposit - £100 / $185 per week.
- The remainder is to be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival
- £400 / $780 (Security deposit or £200 per week £400 Minimum) to be paid with balance 10 weeks prior to departure.
- The Security deposit will be returned once the Management Company have checked the home.
- Pool heating is an optional extra of £75/$135 per week. Pool heating is not normally required between the months of May to October.
- Extra cleaning, please add £50/$100
- Cots and high chairs available are free of charge
